Save Our Sea 2003 was on 8th Nov. Thank you for taking part in caring for the environment. Sure! Scubadog was there for a fun and meaningful outing at Pulau Hantu. This year's event was jointly organised by Singapore Environmental Council, Scuba International, and Underwater World.

Holy Cowfish! Longhorn Cowfish, Lactoria cornuta. Photograph by Chee Nam.

We found Nemo! And he certainly doesn't belong in the aquarium. It is troubling to find reports that showed Clownfish is selling like hot cakes since the wonderful movie "Finding Nemo" was featured. Most of these end up dead in aquariums even with best of care. Let's educate our non-diving friends about how their demands to see "Nemo" in their aquariums is encouraging detrimental poaching of the fragile sea.

The folks at Scuba Dog would like to express our admiration and thanks to the brave people at the frontline. We congratulate everyone in containing the dreadful outbreak and emerging as better people.

25-27th Oct 2002 - Whale Shark Alert!!! At Rayner's Rock a 7 metre gentle beauty was spotted feeding on jellyfish at 40ft of calm waters!!!
